Sugar the Weather Dog had her daily walk, and Mary asked the walker to drop off some books at the library while they were out. The walker also put us in contact with someone who cleared the driveway and who also does home maintenance, which he is doing now. We are following Adam's advice to throw everything at my disability status. In addition, since I am incapacitated, Mary had someone come in to clean the house. It has been a good morning for me, not so much for Sugar the Guard Dog. These are all things that I would do myself if I could.
Not much afternoon left, so I don't have any plans other than a couple of crossword puzzles and a bit of TV watching. We just had lunch, Mary's special sauerkraut sandwiches, and so I am sated and ready for a nap.
Last night the usual trains went by on their regular schedule. Twin locomotives going south with a string of covered hopper cars and a few box cars. Later, twin locomotives going north with no cars. I like it when nothing changes. I can tell you this, that the television watching in the early morning hours is pretty boring.
So that looks like enough for today and yesterday. I am typing this one handed, since I can't use my speech recognition software right now. It just takes longer this way. Ciao.
