Good very early morning GH.  It is just past 3:00 AM here in our fair city, and Sugar the Weather Dog is sound asleep next to the bed.  She and I have an appointment at her doctor this morning. We both hope that is goes well.  The best part is, her doctor is just a few locks away, so we can enjoy the walk.

Currently, the local temperature is 39 balmy degrees.  So, Sugar should enjoy her walk, at least until she gets there.  We anticipate some winds today, but that is nothing to worry about here.  By Saturday, we are expecting some showers, but we are also anticipating the lower 50s too.  Like I often say, this must be the new norm here.

I just finished an email to a friend in Illinois, and she sounds content, just like me.  She had sent me a very nice Michigan related series of pictures of a moose calf and its mother.  If those pictures don't show a mother's love, I don't know what does.  Humans don't have a copyright on what love is, nor what form is should take.  We were not put here to judge, but to live.  By the by, the pictures were run in the weekly St. Ignace News from the UP.  I always appreciate a Michigan story.  If you are into pictures, I suggest you check out Mary's blog, because she is much better than me when it comes to pictures, sort of like cooking.  I know what I do well, and it was she who taught me how to include the pictures that I have.  Though she doesn't blog as often as I, I hope she gets her latest photo up soon.  Her blog address is: http://marygoeswalking.blogspot.com/

As I sit here, I am listening to the Glenn Miller orchestra, and enjoying the music.  Sometimes what is old, is what is new and better, just like me.   I'd include the pictures, but that is beyond my technical capability.  Oh well, I wasn't planning on a career in information technology.

I have to get to work on something for Mary today, so that means that I may have to put off some other pursuits.  At least I get a reprieve until after Sugar and I get back from the doctor.  Then, it is time to out my nose to the grindstone.

So, until it is...Tea time, I'll simply say  Ciao.
