Good late evening GH.  I plan on combining my Monday and Tuesday blogs because of the late hour.  Here in our fair city, the current temperature on the the desktop is 31 degrees.  We are expecting a high of 55 degrees tomorrow; the latest information on a predicted high, with rain and thunderstorms likely. Very interesting for late January here in Michigan

Right now, Sugar the Weather Dog is just lying around, but last night she was in her downstairs hide-e-hole, feeling the effects of the oncoming front.  So, I would guess that given her current lack of action, that she isn't anticipating anything at the moment.  However, given how she feels about thunderstorms, all bets are off for Tuesday.

I finally got the grab bar installed in the upstairs bathroom on Sunday.  It took a little careful drilling and a second trip to the big box hardware store, but it is in and secure.  Mary and I compromised on the mounting height.  She told me on Monday, that it was a lot easier to use than the cold water handle in the tub.  I thought that I was the only one.  She did say that it was harder to use the squeegee with the bar in the way, but I have found that with any obstruction, all you have to do is pretend that it isn't there.  Go down to it, then go from below.  Pretty straight forward actually.

With Mary's help, we moved more snow from the shared driveway on Monday.  Then we proceeded downtown, for what is likely to be the last walk for a few days.  Gosh, I sound a bit like Cheech and Chong with that observation.

I am listening to iHeart radio right now, because I wanted to hear talk radio, and the other internet service doesn't offer that option.  With the way things are going, pretty soon we may not have the option of two opinions on the radio.

Otherwise, I haven't much to say.  I am going to add a few pictures so that my progress and that of the warmer weather can be seen.  Then, it is back to bed for me.  Of course, it will be...Tea time in the AM.

As you can see, "It's melting."

Like I said before.

The neighbors are once again visible, but still cold.

Same as above.

Just some left next door.

Crisp and clean, no caffeine, or snow on the road.
