Good morning or good evening, wherever you may be, across the nation and across the world. It is just past 10:00 p.m. in "The City."

We have a current temperature of 35° under cloudy skies that feels more like 30° with a southerly wind blowing @ six mph. Our overnight low will drop to 28° before we reach tomorrow's high temperature of 48° under mostly-cloudy skies. Tomorrow night's low will be 36°/ It looks as though we will bounce around the upper 40s and lower 50s for the next couple of weeks. That's typical for spring in the Midwest.

The NWS is reporting a barometric pressure of  30.07" of Hg and rising, while my own DTWS is showing 29.40 and falling.

The NWS is also predicting a Gale Watch from St. Joseph to Pentwater for sometime tomorrow night until sometime Thursday night. No specific times were reported. However, the NWS has forecast windspeeds of 15 - 25 knots with gusts possible up to 35 knots that may produce waves from three to five feet in height.

The sun will rise @ 7:54 a.m. and set later @ 7:53 p.m. Somewhere in between, we will be going to the hospital for our second and hopefully last vaccination for the Covid-19 virus. Our personal Independence Day is April 1, 2021. Oh my, that's April Fools Day, so there is that.

Today, we accomplished more that I first realized. I completed the indoor chores. I made a vegan corned beest which we subsequently sliced and which Mary made into Reuben sandwiches with sauerkraut and thousand island dressing on light rye, with a side of Kosher dill pickles.

The vegan Corned Beest is a definite keeper

I also cleaned our sofa and read more of my latest novel. I think I did a goodly amount today.

Mary took Ginger to the grocery pick up and we talked to Adam this afternoon. I finally got around to resetting our living room clock. It usually takes two people and multiple tries to rehang it on the wall, but I got lucky and hit the hanger first try.

After brunch, while I was occupied elsewhere, Mary saw two Mourning Doves on the pergola for our deck and took their picture out the rear upstairs window using her Smartphone.

Morning doves mate for life and stay bonded.

Tomorrow, we will be going for those vaccinations and I'll be reading more, finding time to do some painting, practicing my harmonica, and time permitting, working two crossword puzzles.

Mary will continue cross-stitching my artist's apron. She did quite a bit today and she is moving on to the last of the images.

That's all folks! Ciao.
