Weather: Current temperature 52°. Today's high, 74° under sunny skies. T-storms possible
              Tuesday into Wednesday, high temperatures mid 70s all week.

Yesterday's meals: Lunch, Mary's  macaroni and cheese redux with salsa and red beans. Superb.                              Dinner, vegan ham with smashed garlic potatoes and gravy. Also superb.
                             Snack, baked tofu. Superb.

Yesterday's activities: Morning safari with STWD, beautiful day, abbreviated walk.
                                 Gardening, all flowering and veggie plants planted and watered.
                                 Laundry done, bed made.
                                 Latest novel, Rise of the Rocket Girls, by Nathalia Holt, mostly finished.          

Today's activities: Thumb repairs, 8:00 a.m. followed by recovery.
                           Mary walks with the intrepid one.
                           Rest, listen to Cubs' game against Cardinals.
                           Meals as prepared by Mary and desired by me.
