Good morning GH. It is just passing 6:30 a.m. in "The City." Once the sun rises at 7:50 a.m., we will see a high of 48° today. Friday and Saturday will be similar with less clouds and slightly cooler temperatures.

Today, I plan to kick back and do very little. Read, play with the girls, and do a crossword or two. That should round out my day nicely. We had considered going to the big -box home center yesterday, but a trip to the big-box most everything store for groceries and things was so irritating that we didn't go, and right now, I don't have the desire today either. I did get a watch at the big-box most everything store to wear while my fancy watch is in for repairs. That may take upwards of three weeks, so this new watch is an able replacement. Mary likes how it looks, I just like having a watch to wear. I've been a watch person so long, that I feel like I've left a friend at home when I go out without one. I had a replacement watch in the drawer that I thought needed a battery. Turns out that it was way beyond that.

The last few days I have been feeling lethargic and since I have to go to the orthopedist for the third of my five knee treatments, I don't know that I want to expend the energy today to go to the big-box home center. I'll see how I feel about that later..

No trains to report other than the one that I heard, but didn't see, earlier this morning.

We did stop at the Post to see Sally in her official capacity yesterday. Things were the same, and that's good.
