Happy holidays to all and to all a wish that your wishes will come true this holiday season. No need to say anything else. Today, I am thankful that I have the ability to write my blog each morning.
We have a current temperature of 37° under dark skies. Today a peak temperature of 37° with a 40% chance of additional precipitation under cloudy skies is the forecast. Tomorrow, 41° with more sun. Saturday, about the same.
The sun will rise in a few hours at 8:15 a.m., and set later at 5:15 p.m. Sugar the Weather Dog and I will go for a morning walk after that. I expect that Mary may accompany us, as she is eager to try out her new pedometer. While not exactly a present, it is something she has talked about for awhile.
I made it to the doctor's office yesterday and the report was that there is nothing to report. I am in excellent shape for a man of my age. Like Adam and Mary almost always say, enjoy. It's time to get busy living.
Otherwise, I have to keep up my work for Mary. It is a tough job. Well not tough really, but exacting. I'm getting better at it, but it is not the same as what I usually do. In many ways, this is a good example of why I am not an indexer.
Elsewhere in my day, I read more of my novel, which feels both familiar and new. Go figure. I played with the girls and downloaded and transcribed some additional music. I've got to stop, as my book is getting too full.
No planes, trains, nor automobiles in my day today. Walking is just fine on a day such as this. Like the porridge of Goldilocks and the Three Bears fame, it should be just right. I'm good with that.
I have a small activity that I want to try out this year and next. I'll explain more tomorrow, but more importantly, I need to explain it to Mary. I think it s a good one, but we have trouble doing our daily inspirational reading, so who knows.
It is just past 3:30 a.m. Ciao.
