Good morning or good evening, wherever you may be. I am getting a head start on this blog, because I just finished watching a movie on the Hallmark Channel™. I actually liked the movie, but as I've said before, I am a sucker for a good romance. It is just past 11:30 p.m. in "The City" where the current temperature is 49° under partly cloudy skies. Sugar the Weather Dog is downstairs with enjoying some couch time. When the sun rises tomorrow at 8:03 a.m., the skies will still be partly cloudy, but there is a 0% chance of showers. The same for Tuesday and Wednesday, with Wednesday showing sunny skies.

Today I raked leaves, both front and back and then finished the book I have been reading. I enjoyed it immensely. A historical account of the time just before the revolution. The regular and expected cast of characters was in attendance, Paul Revere, Sam Adams, John Hancock, and a large contingent of British Regulars in their "Red Coats."  I also found time to play with the girls and walk with the Sugar the Weather Dog. Adam is right. Sugar knows that I am a soft touch and that's why she is such an accomplished beggar around me. I can't say no to her.

Mary made her vegetarian biscuits and gravy for dinner. My cheddar biscuits topped with her faux sausage gravy. I have to say, that I tried the biscuits and gravy at one of the local places the other day, and Mary's is better. Plus, it didn't have the bad things. What's not to like?

Tomorrow, I have no specific plans, which means that I'll try to find time to do some dusting and vacuuming. Of course, I'll have to give the girls some attention too. The intrepid weather dog and I will go for the morning walk and pick up the newspaper. Mary will continue to work while I work around her. The next raking of leaves will wait for a few more days as they continue to fall from the trees.

No, I didn't forget the train spotting portion of this blog. I just had to be up long enough. Two EMD GP 38 locomotives #3885 and #2019 followed by 16 covered hopper cars heading south at 12:30 a.m.

The sun will set at 6:53 tomorrow. The evening will be dark with a side of darker. That's all folks! Ciao.
