Our current temperature of 47° under cloudy skies feels like 43° with winds out of the southeast @ 10 mph. Today's high temperature will only reach 52° before an overnight low temperature of 45°. The NWS is forecasting our next 60° plus day to occur on Thursday, May 04, 2022.

The 7 - 12 Caps game was postponed due to rain yesterday. Today's game versus the Loons is set to begin @ 2:00 p.m.

The 8 - 13 Cubs sucked again, as they fell to the 15 - 7 Brewers last night, 1 - 9. Today's game begins @ 2:20 p.m. EDT.

My beloved 9 - 13 Red Sox took 10 innings, but they fell to the almost as pathetic 7 - 14 Orioles, 1 - 2. Today's game is set for 1:05 p.m.

The lone bright spot was the 5 - 1 victory of the 7 - 13 Tigers over the 13 - 7 Dodgers last night, as rookie Tigers' RHP Beau Brieske looked great, as he helped the Tigers win the game. SS Javier Baez got two RBIs.

Dodgers' ace, LHP Clayton Kershaw, set an all-time Dodgers' record for strikeouts ahead of such Dodger's greats as Don Drysdale, Don Sutton, and Sandy Koufax. Today's game with LHP Eduardo Rodrigues on the mound for the Tigers begins@ 4:10 p.m. EDT.

We finished our last ear-read yesterday and we are trying to start another. I'm not sure yet about our choice, but I'll try again today. 

Mary crafted a great dinner last night of blackened tofu with cheezy grits and I liked it. It is a keeper for me.
