We have a Small Craft Advisory in effect now that will expire @ 1:00 a.m. tomorrow, when it will be superseded by a Gale Warning that will remain in effect until 1:00 a.m. Tuesday. Both the Small Craft Advisory and the Gale Warning were issued by the NWS in GR from St. Joseph to Manistee. The former Small Craft Advisory was necessitated by wind speeds of 10 - 20 knots and possible gusts to 30 knots which may produce waves from five to eight feet in height.
The Gale Warning was issued by the NWS due to wind speeds of 15 - 25 knots with gusts up to 35 knots possible. Those winds may produce wavs from six to eleven feet in height. Surf will definitely be up!
The advisories and warnings are one of the reasons that Mary and I went out without our fur-children to take some pix.

Sometimes you just have to be randomly pointing the lens in the right direction. |

We have a current temperature of 44° that feels like 37°, with winds out of the north blowing @ 16 mph. Tonight's low is forecast to be a real 33°. Tomorrow's high is forecast to only reach 37°, which is why it was a good thing that I got most of my outdoor Christmas decorating accomplished earlier today.
I spent a number of hours reading early this morning and I am nearing the end of my novel, which is due tomorrow.
Tonight, I'll watch the 5 - 5 Bears and their QB Mitchell Trubisky, take on the 7 - 3 Green Bay Packers and their QB, Aaron Rodgers. Trubisky was given the start tonight due to an injury to his replacement, Nick Foles. We shall see what happens.
Tomorrow, I have to spread some mulch in the fur-children's outdoor play area and install some garland to accompany my outdoor Christmas decorations. We picked up both of those items at the local big-box home center earlier this afternoon after we had visited the beaches.
I will finish my book soon and move on to my next read. I need more time with my music too.
The sun will rise tomorrow @ 7:55 a.m. and set tomorrow evening @ 5:11 p.m. Ciao.
