Good morning GH. It is just past 10:00 a.m. in "The City," where the current outdoor temperature is 41° as we head for today's high of 46° under drizzley skies. We are supposed to experience some sunshine this afternoon, and right now the sun is trying to poke through the overcast. By the weekend, we should get to the lower 50s, but then next week it is back to the 40s. I'm not liking it, to say the least.

Monday Mary and I journeyed to the store that sells all things tractor and garden, along with sundry other items. All we got there were some seeds. Hope springs eternal. Then we traveled to the big box everything store for groceries. We still don't like it, but they have some things that can't be purchased at smaller stores. We picked up some black bean based pasta and a spaghetti squash to try a new recipe. Of course, since we were there, we bought some things for our larder that will keep and which are notably cheaper in price.

We made our way back to GH and stopped for lunch at our favorite watering hole. Finally home, to unload the car and just veg out after that. I have some pictures to add that show Mary's indoor garden. According to the man from the local garden house, they will be fine with the buds they are producing. He was here to give us an estimate regarding regrading the shared driveway for better drainage. The estimate is reasonable enough, we just have to get our neighbor to buy in. It's not the cost, just the time the driveway will be out of commission.

Otherwise, I finished selecting all of the puzzle pieces for the final piece I need for our puzzle. Today, Mary and Sugar the Weather Dog will be soloing as my feet are tired from too much walking over the last few days. A little time off of them is just what they need. My shoulder is doing better, and the sweeping and bag filling I did yesterday helped to strengthen it, I hope.

Sunrise today was at 7:14 a.m, and sunset will be at 8:17 p.m. Time to get the day started after I post this bog with those pictures. Ciao.
