Good morning GH. Wow, it is after 8:00 AM and I just got to the blog. Not bad! It is currently 72 perfect degrees here in the Weather Center while outdoors it is 57.. I hope that this is a harbinger of things to come, Yep, looks like a high of 75 today with sunny skies.

I have a doctor's appointment today at 9:30 AM, so I have to make this short. Mary has plans to go shopping today and drop me off, so I may  have to wake her. Sugar of course will be here when I get back waiting to take me for a walk. I get great joy from her just being. I know she can be a bit possessive when it comes to me, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

Yesterday I ended up watering the gardens here on our palatial estate since the rain we had the day before really didn't help very much. I will have to mow the lawns today, but that is always a task I can accomplish in my own time and way. Mary says she may help.

I played some guitar yesterday as I sat on the deck. In between doing nothing and reading my book, I think I did well. I just finished a book called The Intercept, by Dick Wolf, the creator of Law and Order and I liked it. Maybe that's because I like that show. I remember that Steph likes it too. Apparently it is the first in this series. It strikes close to home for reasons that are obvious to the people who read the book.

In sports, boys in blue, lose. Tigers, win. Red Sox, win. Caps lose, big time.
