Good morning or good evening, wherever you may be, across the nation and across the world. It is just past 9:00 p.m. in "The City."

We have a current barometric pressure of 29.99" and rising per the NWS in GR. Here on the shores of the "Big Lake" my DTWS is showing 29.4 and falling precipitously.

A current temperature of 36° under mostly-cloudy skies, feels more like 29° with a nine mph wind blowing out of the north.

Tomorrow's high is forecast to reach only 39° under partly-cloudy skies with tomorrow night's low dropping to a chilly 27°!

The sun will rise tomorrow  @ 8:00 a.m. and set later tomorrow evening @ 5:10 p.m.

We have no alerts at this time.

For those of you who are interested, the sports pundits are suggesting that the 2 - 3 Spartans of Michigan State have a chance against the 4 - 0 Buckeyes of The Ohio State University when the Buckeyes come to town for a game @ 12:00 p.m. tomorrow. That suggestion is based on last weekend's defeat of the formerly undefeated of the now 5 - 1 Wildcats of Northwestern last Saturday, 29 - 20. If you are interested, I have a bridge for sale.

But, on to what is really going on here the Tri-Cities area.

I completed another crossword puzzle after lunch, before I spent some time in the man-cave completing more Christmas decorations. With some help from Mary and her fiber-arts abilities, I finished one of my best decorations to date, a snowman. Below is picture taken by our Senior Staff  Photographer.

I think that our collective efforts produced a nice snowman.

Then it was time to head over to the Lake Forest Cemetery for what turned out to be an abbreviated walkabout with our fur-chidden. It became an abbreviated walkabout due to the presence of too many off-leash dogs and people.

However, there were many deer present during our visit, so I took some pix of them.

This guy was unafraid of us as he stared into my lens.

His partner was also nonplussed by our presence.

We saw two different groups during our visit.

The sky and sun during our visit also produced some interesting shots.

But, it was time to head towards home, so we drove past the waterfront and I took some pix of the soon-to-be demolished Sims power plant on Harbor Island. In this case, the sun was bathing the stack and the plant in gorgeous sunshine.

In addition, the cargo ship Joseph L. Block was offloading a cargo nearby.

But, it is also time for me to get on with all of my other activities here at the manse.

Tomorrow is another indoor chores day. Earlier today, we made a vegan roast beaf, that like our Thanksgiving Turkey, has to rest in the refrigerator overnight. It looks great and the aroma as it baked in the oven was enticing, so we anticipate another successful repast.

We have no other plans for the day, just reading, music, fiber arts, and another batch of my soon to be famous, vegan Italians meatballs. Ciao.
