Of course, what would that line be but the perfect segue to another song from YouTube™ by The Eagles, with that phrase as its title.

I'd include Joe Walsh's Life's Been Good, but that is such a long cut, that I'll let you decide for yourselves whether to listen when you're at the YouTube™ site.
We have a current temperature of 36° that feels more like 33° with winds of just three mph. The NWS has no other watches, advisories, nor warnings in their forecast. However, they have included a 60% chance for Snow-Showers this morning. Today's high will be a blustery 40° with light-winds.
The sun rose today @ 6:58 a.m. and it will set later @ 8:30 p.m.
A reminder that a performer that we like a lot here at the manse, Wayne Faust, is once again performing tonight @ 6:00 p.m. MDT. That's 8:00 p.m. EDT and 7:00 p.m. CDT for my readers.
He has decided to call his efforts, The Living Room Concerts. This one will be #4. You can tune in on Facebook™ @ the following web address:

Sometime in the first hour, he will be performing his song A Sky of Cubbie Blue as I requested.
Thanks Wayne.
I've included a link to that song here if you can't tune in to his concert tonight.

Speaking of pix, even though I wasn't, here are a couple of pix that I'm including to help explain why I decided to go vegan several years ago. They so remind me of our fur-children, which may help to explain my late in life conversion to veganism.
Too cute? |
Or, Too cute! |
When we were upstairs earlier, Mary called my attention to the window that overlooks the vast gardens of the Palatial Estate. Lo and behold, sitting on top of the pergola for our deck, there was a squirrel just basking in the sun. He, or she, was joined by another squirrel soon after. Naturally, I had to take some pix.
One. |
Plus one. |
Equals two, enjoying a sunny afternoon. |
Mary was much more productive. She too colored, but she also kept track of the current COVID-19 cases and fatalities here in MI and specifically, in our own Ottawa, County. Later, she made a vegan beest, something that we've not made for a long time. I was going to do it, but since I was doing those indoor chores, she took over and probably produced a superior outcome, if my latest attempt at vegan Italian meatballs is any standard on which to base outcomes.
I'd also asked for mashed potatoes with her special vegan mushroom gravy. She had been thinking about oven-baked French-fries earlier, so we compromised. I got the gravy to put on those fries and she got to do some chopping and cooking in the kitchen, something she enjoys. I believe that because she had more time, this batch of gravy was her best in a long-while. When she has time, versus her down and dirty versions, she makes excellent sauces.
Today, more reading, more coloring, more crossword solving, more writing, and perhaps more walking with the fur-children. Ciao.
