Good morning or good evening, wherever you may, across the nation and across the world It is just past 10:45 p.m. EDT in "The City."

The current temperature with a light rain falling is 47°, but it feels more like 40° with a strong wind out of the east @ 17 mph. Perhaps that wind is part of the Small Craft Advisory that is in effect from St. Joesph to Manistee until 6:00 p.m. Sunday night. Winds up to 30 knots will produce waves up to six feet in height.

Tomorrow, the high temperature will be at least 67°, which will be about 20° warmer than today and the rain will end for at least one day. However, the skies will be partly-cloudy. Let's just say that STWD was not happy when I took her for an abbreviated walkabout this afternoon. She has always been able to sense a disturbance in the force when it comes to stormy weather. Be that as it may, the warmth will last only through Sunday's high temperature of 60° wth a chance for scattered T-storms in the forecast. By Monday, we drop back into the 40s.

The sun will rise tomorrow @ 6:51 a.m. and set later @ 8:35 p.m.

The Tigers were rained out tonight versus the Colorado Rockies, so they'll attempt to play a double header tomorrow with the first game beginning 1:10 p.m. EDT followed by the second game sometime later.

My beloved Red Sox eked out a win tonight, finishing the game with a 4 - 3 victory over the Tampa Bay Rays. Tomorrow, their game begins @ 6:10 P.M. edt.

The Cubs were supposed to play this afternoon, but their game versus the Pirates was postponed until tonight. The Cubs fell 2 - 4.

The Caps looked strong versus the Dragons today, winning their game handily, 10 - 3. Tomorrow's game versus those same Dragons is scheduled for 1:10 p.m. EDT.

I never got to that apple pie today, perhaps tomorrow. But, I have some pressing indoor chores to do, so the pie may have to wait until Sunday. Not to worry, you can always put off to tomorrow what you can  put off for another day. If the weather allows, I'll get out with my camera to get some pix for my next blog. Mary took several over her last couple of walkabouts with Ginger. If nothing else, I'll at least include some of her efforts. We previewed some earlier today and there are several excellent shots in her camera.

Otherwise, I finished another book by K. J. Kalis entitled Victim 14. She is a self-published author, but I like her style and I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series.

I finished two crosswords today. Mary did more ear reading and cross-stitching too. Right now, she is getting a headstart on those aforementioned indoor chores along with ear reading. Never let it be said that she couldn't multitask. Ciao.
