Good morning or good evening, wherever you may be. It is just past 12:00 a.m. in "The City."

Let's get the weather out of the way. We have a current temperature of 50° and there is no rain falling. Tomorrow, the high is forecast by the NWS to be 58° with a 40% chance of showers. That's not good because Mary has a chance to use a full-size floor loom to weave a scarf. What's the problem you ask? The loom is located in a shop near GR and she doesn't like to drive in the rain. I'll have my fingers crossed for her.

I'll be soloing with the fur-children while Mary is out, so I'll have to walk them one at a time and put GTTSD in her crate when I am out with Sugar. I'd let Ginger be free for a short time while I walk Sugar, but I have an appointment myself in GR on Wednesday afternoon, so we'll be gone for several hours and Ginger needs to get used to being in her crate for several hours.

I baked another loaf of rye bread yesterday. I'm calling this one rye bread 2.0. The taste is fantastic and all I have to do now is get the shape to be more loaf-like than flat. At any rate, I took pictures to memorialize my efforts.

Rye bread 2.0

I can personally attest to the tastiness of my efforts.
I was just watching an old episode of Kolchak, The Night Stalker from 1974. The show was set in Chicago and the scenes of the city were a real treat. Plus, since the show predates personal computers and printers on every desk, Kolchak had to type his stories on a manual typewriter and look up telephone numbers in a ginormous phone book. His car was a vintage Mustang.

While Mary is out today, I plan to make vegan no bull Beefaroni™ for lunch. Later, I'll be whipping up a stir-fry for dinner. We would like to go to a townhall meeting being held locally by our Congressman, Bill Huizenga, but that is dependent on our being able to get to the local venue at a reasonable time in order to get a seat. If not, we can read about the results of the meeting in the Grand Haven Tribune the next day.

Otherwise, I plan to play with the girls, do some reading and then return a book to the library and generally veg out. Along with those activities and the no bull Beefaroni™, what's not to like?

The sun will rise later today @ 7:11 a.m. and set @ 6:49 p.m. Ciao.
