Good morning or good evening, wherever you may be. It is just past 3:00 a.m. in "The City."
I am going to make this a brief blog this morning.
I've just been outside with GTTSD and she is now resting comfortably at my feet here in the weather office. We have a current temperature of 18° that feels like 13° so I can say Brrrr! Later today, the high temperature is forecast by the NWS to be 38° with a 0% chance of precipitation. Sunday's high is forecast to be 51° with a 20% chance of precipitation and Monday we can expect a high of 55° albeit with a 70% chance of precipitation.
Ginger and I spotted the southbound run of locomotives 2057 and 2019 as they towed three CHCs, seven DBTCs, four GTCs and one DWTC with a red anti-corrosion strip around its mid-section. The train passed by @ 12:07 p.m. We did not witness the northbound run if there was one.
I finished the laundry after we returned from a trip to the Bookman for the Friday edition of the Grand Haven Tribune and treats for STWD. I also spent some time reading another pulp fiction novel.
Mary and I spent some time chatting with Adam yesterday afternoon before we went to the chiropractor. In addition, I also spent more time highlighting for Mary, and I've just finished that task.
Today I plan to bake another loaf of rye bread which should turn out better now that I am more experienced. I have some paint to touch up and a picture to rehang, but that shouldn't take too long. While I'm doing those things, Mary will be busy rewriting an index based on the book that I just finished highlighting. I'd like to get in some time with the girls and also placing more pieces in my jigsaw puzzle too.
Otherwise, the day should be relaxed after the morning safari with the fur-children, The sun will rise @ 7:15 a.m. and set @ 6:38 p.m. Ciao.
